Anna Zammit is a recognised Sales Trainer and Master Coach and the Managing Director of Xsell with over 20 years of sales experience in direct marketing and sales, retail and corporate sales. Anna has been recognized nationally and in Asia for her sales achievements. Anna has assisted many organisations grow their business by working with management in the area of persuasion and influence to increase sales. Anna has an uncanny ability to recognize sales talent, harness it and develop it further. Her excellent communication skills have allowed her to bring out the best in people. Anna has utilised these skills with a regular segment on breakfast TV which reached in excess of 65,000 viewers daily. Anna is also in demand as a key note speaker. Her clients have included Deutsche Bank Private Banking, MLC, Sensis, Water Corporation, Patersons Securities, Alinta Gas, Ernst & Young, Godfrey Pembroke, Wesfarmers, BDO, ABN Ambro, HBF, ITT Flygt, Colliers International and many more.
In her search for excellence, Anna has acquired many prestigious qualifications including MBTI (Myers Briggs – International Accreditation), Mastery University (Anthony Robbins), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming - International), META Master Practitioner – International, NLP Trainer, Neuro Semantics Trainer, Certificate IV Train the Trainer, and she has completed studies in Project Management. Rachel Seymour
Marketing Manager
Rachel has several years experience working in business administration and marketing roles, both in the UK and Australia. Working mostly in the private sector including roles at a publishing house, a recruitment company and a community television network, she has enjoyed continued growth in her field. Rachel attained a Bachelor of Communications (majoring in Marketing) at Notre Dame University in 2009. The degree allowed Rachel to build upon her existing experience alongside developing new skills and knowledge.
Rachel’s expertise is now utilised at Xsell Coaching, Training and Sales Recruitment in the role of Marketing Manager. Whether it’s planning, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies for the company, coordinating networking events, assisting Anna with the running of the office, or developing new leads, Rachel understands how to coordinate Xsell to best facilitate our clients.
Using past experience and her degree in communications, Rachel enjoys implementing marketing strategy and working with clients to ensure the highest level of customer service. Jay Ramlochun
Sales Trainer and Recruitment Consultant
Jay Ramlochun is a recognized Sales Trainer, Master Results Coach, Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming with over 10 years experience in Retail and Corporate Sales both nationally and internationally. Jay has worked in a broad variety of industries like aviation, retail flooring, manufacturing, banking and finance, call centre, telemarketing, door to door sales, clothing retails, multi level marketing, distribution, fast moving consumer goods, public seminars and events. Jay has been a guest speaker at events like Passion for Life Expo and Business Swap.

Carol Wallbank
Marketing Director
Carol Wallbank has been running her own marketing companies for the past five years and now joins the Xsell team to provide clients with comprehensive, full service marketing solutions for their businesses.
Carol also has more than ten years of professional experience in the financial services and media industries. Carol spent four years with BankWest, undertaking various product-related projects as the Manager of Insurance and Manager of Customer and Channel Development. Prior to BankWest, Carol was the National Manager of Business Reporting Development at the IAG (NRMA) in Sydney. Before joining IAG, Carol spent fouryears as a television publicist for Network TEN and FOXTEL in Sydney, promoting channel celebrities and shows, developing a wide network of media contacts, and gaining practical marketing and production skills. Carol's specific experience lies in the areas of Value Partnerships / Alliances, Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysis and Strategy across multiple industries.
Carol was previously the Executive Producer for Wake Up! WA, a live TV breakfast show in Perth, which aired five days per week. The program was awarded ‘Best News Program in Australia’ at the Melbourne Independent Producers awards.
Carol is a board member for WA No Interest Loans, the Arthritis Foundation of W.A. and a mentor in the Australian Women's Mentoring Network.

With 17 years of industry experience, Joseph’s commitment to excellence has enabled him to work on projects around the world. Joseph has been responsible for up to 350 staff and company turnovers of $250M. Joseph’s focus has always relied heavily on business acumen, the importance of sales and delivery of customer service. Joseph has worked as a consultant to the casino industry in South Africa, Century Casinos in the US, Stay Upright and the hotel industry. Joseph consults to a number of large and small businesses as a Business Analyst, Change Manager, Project Manager and Sales Trainer.

With over 20 years experience, Di is a highly qualified and skilled trainer, business coach and facilitator.
Di combines hands-on experience and knowledge of understanding human behaviour to achieve results. Di is passionate about creating an environment where people experience freedom and develop the confidence to achieve personal and professional growth.
She has coached and facilitated programs to a diverse range of industries from small to medium sized businesses, through to large organisations such as Rio Tinto, BHP, Pilbara Iron, WACOSS Western Australian Council of Social Service, Alcoa and World Alumina Australia.
