As sales people, networking is part and parcel of our everyday job. Yet many sales people don’t network and if they do, some are not proficient in generating business. Networking becomes a social event rather than a lead generation activity.
Xsell hosts a networking group called Jugglers. Jugglers was conceived from the idea of bringing like-minded people together. Jugglers is an informal networking event where people come together on a regular basis to meet and discuss business. The name “Jugglers” has come about because as sales people we are all juggling a number of balls at any given time and networking is one of those important balls which should not be dropped.
